2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing any part of GrabFinds, or using any GrabFinds service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using GrabFinds on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GrabFinds after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify members of material changes where reasonably practicable.

3. Eligibility

GrabFinds is intended for users aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. GrabFinds does not currently use age-verification or age-assurance technology. If we become aware that an account is being used by a person under 18, we may suspend or close the account. GrabFinds is available to users worldwide, but is operated from the United Kingdom and primarily directed at UK residents.

4. Accounts and Account Security

To access most GrabFinds features you must register for an account. You agree to: • provide accurate, current and complete information when registering; • keep your login credentials secure and confidential; • notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account; • take responsibility for all activity carried out through your account. GrabFinds is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You may not create accounts for others without their consent, or create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban.

5. Free Membership

Free membership gives you access to publicly available GrabFinds content, the ability to create a member profile, and access to community features as made available from time to time. Free membership is provided at no charge. GrabFinds reserves the right to change, restrict or withdraw features available to free members at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

6. Premium Membership

GrabFinds offers a paid Premium membership tier that provides access to additional content, features and benefits as described on the Premium page. Full details of Premium membership — including pricing, billing, cancellation rights and what is included — are set out in the Premium Membership Terms at /premium-terms, which form part of these Terms. By purchasing Premium membership you agree to the Premium Membership Terms in addition to these Terms.

7. User Content

GrabFinds allows members to create posts, submit replies, share images and other uploaded files, and interact with other members through the GrabFinds Community and other features. Full details of the rules governing user-generated content — including the licence you grant GrabFinds, content standards, and your rights — are set out in the User Content Terms at /user-content-terms, which form part of these Terms. By submitting any content to GrabFinds you agree to the User Content Terms.

8. Community Guidelines

All use of the GrabFinds Community is subject to the Community Guidelines, which set out the standards of behaviour and content we expect from all members. The Community Guidelines are available at /community-guidelines and form part of these Terms. By participating in the GrabFinds Community you agree to comply with the Community Guidelines. We may update the Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued participation in the Community after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.

9. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use GrabFinds to: • post, share or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable; • impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; • post spam, unsolicited advertising or promotional material; • collect or harvest personal data about other members without their consent; • interfere with or disrupt GrabFinds systems, servers or networks; • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of GrabFinds; • use GrabFinds to facilitate fraud, scams or misleading schemes; • violate any applicable law or regulation. This list is not exhaustive. GrabFinds reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct.

10. Illegal Content

GrabFinds strictly prohibits illegal content of any kind. This includes but is not limited to: • child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors; • content that incites, glorifies or facilitates violence, terrorism or serious crime; • content that constitutes harassment, stalking or threats; • content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; • content that violates privacy laws, including unlawful sharing of personal data. Where GrabFinds becomes aware of content that it has reasonable grounds to consider illegal, we will take proportionate action to restrict or remove it swiftly and minimise the time it remains accessible. Where GrabFinds detects previously unreported child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and the statutory reporting duty applies, GrabFinds will report it using the National Crime Agency Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse Industry Reporting Portal (CSEA-IRP), or another legally applicable equivalent reporting route. The Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) operates a public reporting hotline for CSAM and may be used by members of the public to report such material directly. GrabFinds' own provider-reporting obligation under applicable law is separate from and not substituted by the IWF public hotline. GrabFinds may take appropriate account action in response to illegal content or serious breaches, including warnings, suspension or permanent banning, depending on the seriousness and circumstances. GrabFinds cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.

11. How GrabFinds Protects Users from Illegal Content

GrabFinds takes the following steps to protect members from illegal content: • Member reporting: all members can report content they believe is illegal or harmful using the reporting tools available on GrabFinds. • Moderation review: reported content is reviewed by GrabFinds moderators. • Removal: content found to be illegal or in serious breach of these Terms is removed promptly. • Escalation: where content may constitute a serious criminal offence, GrabFinds will escalate to the appropriate authorities. • Account action: GrabFinds may take appropriate account action in response to illegal content or serious breaches, including warnings, suspension or permanent banning, depending on the seriousness and circumstances. GrabFinds does not currently use automated AI content moderation. Moderation is carried out by human moderators reviewing reported content and content flagged through our internal processes.

12. Reporting

If you encounter content on GrabFinds that you believe is illegal, harmful or in breach of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, please report it using the reporting tools available on the relevant post or content, or by contacting us through the Contact page. We aim to review all reports promptly. The outcome of a report may not always be communicated to the reporter, but all reports are taken seriously. False or malicious reports made in bad faith may result in action being taken against the reporting member's account.

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint about GrabFinds, our services, a moderation decision, or content on GrabFinds, you can: • use the reporting tools available on GrabFinds where appropriate; • contact us through the Contact page on GrabFinds; • email us directly (see the Contact section of these Terms). We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate fairly.

14. Appeals

If you disagree with a moderation decision — including the removal of your content, a warning, a suspension or a ban — you have the right to appeal. Appeals can be submitted through the Complaints & Appeals page at /community/appeals. Full details of the appeals process, including timeframes and how decisions are made, are set out on that page. We will review your appeal fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Appeals are reviewed by a person who was not involved in the original moderation decision where reasonably practicable.

15. Moderation

GrabFinds moderates content and member conduct to maintain a safe, helpful and honest community. Moderation is carried out by GrabFinds staff and appointed moderators. Moderation decisions are made in accordance with these Terms, the Community Guidelines and our internal moderation policies. We aim to apply moderation consistently and fairly, but reserve the right to make decisions at our discretion where necessary to protect the community.

16. Content Removal and Hiding

GrabFinds may remove or hide content that: • breaches these Terms or the Community Guidelines; • is reported by members and found to be in breach; • is illegal or potentially illegal; • is otherwise harmful to the GrabFinds community. Content may be hidden pending review rather than immediately deleted. Where content is removed, the member who posted it will be notified where reasonably practicable, unless notification would compromise a legal investigation or the safety of another person.

17. Warnings

GrabFinds may issue warnings to members whose content or conduct breaches these Terms or the Community Guidelines. A warning is a formal notice that the relevant behaviour is not acceptable and must not be repeated. Warnings are recorded on the member's account. Repeated breaches following a warning may result in suspension or permanent ban.

18. Suspension and Bans

GrabFinds may suspend or permanently ban a member's account where: • the member has repeatedly or seriously breached these Terms or the Community Guidelines; • the member has posted illegal content; • the member's conduct poses a risk to the safety of other members or the GrabFinds community; • we are required to do so by law or a court order. A temporary suspension restricts access to GrabFinds for a defined period. A permanent ban closes or disables the account. A permanently banned member is not permitted to create another GrabFinds account. Where a suspension or ban is imposed, the member will be notified and given the opportunity to appeal, except where notification would compromise a legal investigation or the safety of another person.

19. Serious Illegal Content Escalation

Where GrabFinds discovers or receives a report of content that may constitute a serious criminal offence — including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or content that poses an immediate threat to life — we will take appropriate action, which may include: • immediately restricting access to the content where appropriate; • preserving relevant information and evidence where legally required; • following the applicable statutory or lawful reporting route for the type of content concerned. Reporting routes are determined by the nature of the content and applicable law. By way of example: • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): provider reports are made using the National Crime Agency CSEA-IRP or another legally applicable equivalent reporting route. The IWF public hotline is not a substitute for GrabFinds' statutory provider-reporting obligation. • Terrorism-related content: reported via the applicable lawful route, which may include law enforcement referral. • Immediate threat to life or an ongoing emergency: the police or emergency services will be contacted without delay. GrabFinds will cooperate fully with any resulting law enforcement investigation. We will not notify the member responsible for such content prior to reporting to authorities where doing so could compromise an investigation or the safety of any person.

20. Challenges

GrabFinds may offer challenges — structured activities or competitions for members, which may include prizes or rewards. Full details of the rules governing challenges — including eligibility, entry, judging, prizes and intellectual property — are set out in the Challenge Terms at /challenge-terms, which form part of these Terms. By entering any GrabFinds challenge you agree to the Challenge Terms.

21. Earnings Disclaimer

GrabFinds provides information about side hustles and income-generating activities for educational and informational purposes only. Full details of our earnings disclaimer — including the basis on which any earnings figures or examples are presented — are set out at /earnings-disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing on GrabFinds constitutes financial advice, investment advice or a guarantee of income. Results vary significantly between individuals and depend on many factors outside GrabFinds' control.

22. No Earnings Guarantees

GrabFinds makes no guarantee, representation or warranty that you will earn any particular amount of money, or any money at all, as a result of using GrabFinds or following any information, advice or strategy presented on GrabFinds. Any earnings figures, examples or estimates mentioned on GrabFinds are illustrative only and represent what some individuals have reported achieving. They are not typical results and should not be relied upon as an indication of what you will earn. Your results will depend on your own effort, skills, circumstances, market conditions and many other factors.

23. Third-Party Services

GrabFinds may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms and providers. These may include payment processors, digital product delivery platforms and other services. Where a transaction or service is completed through a third-party provider, that provider's own terms and privacy policy will apply in addition to these Terms. GrabFinds is not responsible for the content, practices or policies of third-party services. GrabFinds currently uses the following third-party services: • GoDaddy (Airo platform) — website hosting, database hosting, and transactional email delivery. • Cloudflare (Turnstile) — bot and spam protection on forms. • Payhip (payhip.com) — payment processing for Premium membership purchases. When you purchase Premium, you are directed to Payhip to complete payment. GrabFinds does not receive your payment card details. • Browser/platform push-notification services — currently Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for active subscriptions verified by GrabFinds. The provider used may depend on your browser or device. Some links on GrabFinds may be affiliate or referral links. GrabFinds may receive a commission or other benefit if you click a link, sign up or make a purchase through it, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial content.

24. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content made available by GrabFinds — including text, graphics, logos, branding, images, videos, tutorials, ebooks, guides and other materials — is owned by or licensed to GrabFinds and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit GrabFinds content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law (for example, fair dealing for personal use). The GrabFinds name, logo and branding are trade marks of GrabFinds. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

25. Service Availability and Changes

GrabFinds aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that GrabFinds will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions or technical issues. From time to time it may be necessary to change, suspend or discontinue features or aspects of the service. Reasons for this may include security requirements, legal or regulatory obligations, technical changes, product improvements, or the discontinuation of features that are no longer supported. Where a material change would adversely affect a paid Premium membership, GrabFinds will, where reasonably practicable: • give reasonable advance notice of the change; • explain the nature of the change; and • preserve any applicable cancellation, refund or statutory rights you have under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in this section removes or limits any right you have under applicable UK consumer law, including any right to a refund where a service you have paid for is materially reduced or withdrawn.

26. Account Termination

You may permanently delete your GrabFinds account at any time using the Delete Account option on your Account page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. On deletion, your personal account data is removed. Some records may be minimised (for example, by removing identifying information) or retained where a continuing legal, regulatory or dispute-resolution reason applies. Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy. GrabFinds may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you breach these Terms, the Community Guidelines or any other GrabFinds policy, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to access GrabFinds ceases. Cancellation and refund rights for Premium membership are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy at /cancellation-refunds and in the Premium Membership Terms at /premium-terms. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory right you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

27. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable UK law, including: • liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; • liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; • any liability under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded; • any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. A. CONSUMERS If you are a consumer (an individual using GrabFinds for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession), GrabFinds does not seek to limit or exclude any right or remedy you have under applicable UK consumer law. Where consumer law provides you with a remedy, that remedy is available to you regardless of any other provision in these Terms. B. BUSINESS USERS If you are using GrabFinds in the course of a business, GrabFinds' total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of GrabFinds shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to GrabFinds in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100. GrabFinds is not liable to business users for indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

28. Consumer and Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer (an individual using GrabFinds for personal, non-business purposes), nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you purchase a digital product or Premium membership, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period") unless you have expressly requested immediate access to the digital content and acknowledged that your right to cancel will be lost. Please see the Premium Membership Terms or the relevant product page for details.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another part of the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of GrabFinds that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your local courts.

31. Changes to These Terms

GrabFinds may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements or the way GrabFinds operates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will show when the Terms were most recently revised. Where changes are material, we will notify members by email or by a prominent notice on GrabFinds before the changes take effect. Your continued use of GrabFinds after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using GrabFinds and close your account.
