User Content Terms

These terms explain your rights when you submit content to GrabFinds, and the limited licence you grant us to host and display it.

1. Your Content, Your Rights

You retain ownership of any content you submit to GrabFinds — including community posts, comments, challenge evidence, profile information, and any other material you upload. Submitting content to GrabFinds does not transfer ownership to us.

2. The Licence You Grant Us

By submitting content to GrabFinds, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, and process your content for the purposes of operating GrabFinds. This licence is limited to what is necessary to provide the GrabFinds service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

3. Challenge Evidence

Challenge evidence you submit is private by default. It is only accessible to authorised GrabFinds administrators for the purpose of verifying your challenge entry. Your evidence will not be published publicly without your separate explicit consent. We aim to delete evidence files after the challenge verification period. The intended retention period will be stated on the challenge page where applicable. See the Privacy Policy for full details of how challenge evidence is handled.

4. Community Posts and Comments

Content you post in the GrabFinds community is visible to other members. You are responsible for ensuring your posts comply with the Community Guidelines. We may remove content that breaches our guidelines.

5. Content You Must Not Submit

You must not submit content that: infringes anyone's intellectual property rights; contains personal information about other people without their consent; is defamatory, harassing, or threatening; is fraudulent or misleading; contains malware or harmful code; or breaches any applicable law.

6. Accuracy of Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of content you submit. Do not submit false earnings figures, fabricated challenge evidence, or misleading information.

7. Removal of Content

We may remove content that breaches these terms or our Community Guidelines. We will not remove content arbitrarily. If your content is removed, you may contact us at grabfindsteam@gmail.com to query the decision.

8. Deletion of Your Account

If you delete your account, your posts and replies, profile data, reactions, challenge entries, earnings records, calculator data, saved items, and community images are deleted. The moderation log — which records moderation actions taken in connection with your account or content — is retained permanently as an immutable audit trail. Your cached name may remain in historical moderation log entries. See the Privacy Policy for the full account deletion schedule.

9. Intellectual Property of GrabFinds

All GrabFinds content — including tutorials, ebooks, side-hustle guides, branding, and website design — is owned by or licensed to GrabFinds. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit GrabFinds content without our written permission.
