How to Build a Professional Mobile Valeting Van – Water Tank, Power and Setup
Part 3: Plan a professional mobile valeting van with a water tank, generator or battery power, safe payload, wastewater recovery, realistic budgets and profitable service packages.

Part 3 of 3: Build a mobile valeting service with a suitable van, water supply and independent power. A professional setup should make proven work more efficient. Buy it because customers and margins justify it, not because equipment looks impressive.
This guide explains the planning process. It is not a tank-mounting, fuel-system or electrical-installation manual. Have competent specialists design and install those systems. Figures below are illustrative planning scenarios, not supplier quotations or guaranteed earnings.
1. Prove demand before committing to a van
Use the smaller setup from Parts 1 and 2 to learn your job times, costs and customer preferences. Identify which paid jobs you cannot currently serve because of water, power or equipment limitations. Build a forecast from actual enquiries and repeat bookings; do not treat social-media likes as sales.
Decide your core service: maintenance valets, interior cleaning or a defined combination. Paint correction, coatings, engine cleaning and specialist contamination work need additional competence and suitable cover.
2. Choose the van around weight, not appearance
Check the exact model's permitted gross and axle weights, condition, service history, insurance cost and licence requirements. Two similar-looking vans can have different usable payloads. Include the driver, passengers, fuel, tank, mounting system, water, recovered wastewater and every tool in your load plan.
